Two delivery options are available on this online store.
1) Counter to Counter: R25 via the South African Post Office. Your parcel will be sent as an econo parcel and will take approximately 4 to 5 working days. Once your order has been posted a tracking number will be emailed to you. Parcels need to be collected from your post office with an id book and tracking number (You don’t need to wait for a delivery slip, contact the call center, make sure your parcel has been delivered and you can collect the parcel with the tracking number). 2) Door to Door courier: R50. This service is only available in the following cities: Cape Town (and surrounds), Pretoria, Johannesburg, Rustenburg, Polokwane, Klerksdorp and Durban. Same day delivery in Cape Town (if orders are placed in the morning). Two days to JHB, Pretoria and Rustenburg and three days to Durban Polokwane and Klerksdorp, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, East London and Nelspriuit. Please provide a daytime physical address and telephone number when placing your order. Orders are ensured up to the value of R1000. Click here to track your parcel.
