Counter to counter postage via the South African post office: Your order will be sent as ether an econo parcel or a registered letter depending on the size of the package. It is a counter to counter service which means that the parcel is sent to your post office. Once your order is sent you will be emailed a tracking number. Parcels can be tracked via the post office website www.sapo.co.za or by calling the post office call center 0860 111 502 We suggest you call as its the best way to track your parcel . You can collect your parcel with the tracking number and your ID book, no need to wait for the delivery slip (But call or check the website to make sure your parcel has been delivered to your post office).
Please ensure that the correct postal address is provided.
Bow Peep cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels, late deliveries or damaged goods. Great care is taken to ensure that goods are packaged correctly so that they do not break in the post.
If parcels are not collected from the post office and are returned by the post office you will be contacted via email and if you wish to have the parcel re-posted please note that an additional handling fee will be charged in addition to the cost of delivery.
Orders will only be sent once full payment has been received. Bow Peep cannot be held liable for the mistakes of the South African Post Office.
Door to door: If the door to door courier service is used please ensure that someone is able to sign for your parcel. Bow Peep or the courier service cannot be held liable for late deliveries if no one is able to sign for the parcel. Please provide an accurate physical delivery address. Parcels sent via the courier serviced are ensured up to the value of R1000.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact Bow Peep within two weeks of receiving your order.
