When coolant levels are low, we fill a bucket of straight coolant concentrate and brush it into the machine where grime has built up, let it sit for a few minutes, then flush with coolant from the sump. Most propably your mill bearing exit temp meter is defective . Change the meter and run the mill again . If new meter shows expected higher temp than inlet then it is ok .
